This is a live 2 x class 3 -hour session in the studio, where you come in the first week and create with clay, then return the following to paint it.
A great fun activity for those that want a bit of design work and then color on their creations with painting with Underglaze.
Grab your friends, family, or even just by yourself and have a go at playing with clay and paint like Picasso in our 2 sessions.
You will be focusing on basic hand-building pottery techniques.to make simple pinch pot bowls or mugs or pot planters. Then you can choose your colors and design to make your piece unique and functional as these can be used every day and go into the dishwasher and microwave.
We will glaze it with a clear glaze, and your colors will brighten up and leave you with a glossy and bright finish.
We have 2 Offers with these sessions : Fridays at 10.3am sessions (Wednesdays evenings at 6.45pm sessions)not running due to low numbers.
We will provide you with what you need with our tools to use AND includes all firings, Underglaze paints of your choice, and glaze in our cost for one piece.
All pieces will need at least 3-4 weeks for firing and glazing. You must return to pick up your creations from the studio at a later date.
